Fireworks bright but doubtful it was fireworks from angle and location. yes, 3 distinct breaks into multiple parts. I was on top of Hardscrabble Mtn headed back towards Eagle, CO., driving a remote forest service rd. Angle was as if from 10 Oclock to 4 oclock, and crossed from end to end 80% across my windshield.

It really scared me and I wished that I had my camera out. It was silent and I didn't hear any impact. I immediately located this site and cant help but post. 23SEP2013 Clifton C. Bray Marrero, Louisiana, USA 20:17 CST 2-3 sec Started 35 degrees above the horizon and stopped at 5 degrees.  Right to left at 80 degree angle. I was facing due east. Green fireball and tail that turned from green to blue as it lost velocity. Sun Yes.  As it neared 5 degrees above due east horizon it broke up. Meteorite was largest I have seen.  I worked outside at night for 4 years and saw hundreds.  This was the first I've seen to burn green to blue so brightly.  Came down from start fast, then slowed as fireball appeared to break up.

19SEP2013 JULIE WRIGHT CARDIGAN, UK APPROX 21.45 5 SEC RIGHT TO LEFT WHITE SAME AS THE MOON NO IT FLEW ACROSS THE SKY WITH A SHORT STUMP OF A TAIL. LOOKED THE SIZE OF A PEA TO US. WAS SLOWER THAN A NORMAL METEOR. DIDNT SEE IT BURN OUT. JUST AFTER, THE WIND BLEW QUITE A STRONG GUST BUT BECAUSE WE ARENT EXPERTS IN THIS WE (MY HUSBAND AND I) DONT KNOW IF THIS WAS CONNECTED NOR CAN WE OFFER ANY MORE INFORMATION THAN THIS. IT WAS LIKE A FLARE GOING OFF BUT THIS WAS GOING ACROSS THE SKY.
