The event is said to have been seen in at least five northern provinces and to have been followed by a roar and shaking as it passed.  The witness, Gustavo Carabajal, on the TV being interviewed is from Santiago del Estro, Argentina.
Note that some of the video shown on the TV report is NOT from the Argentina event, but that of the 22MAR2013 meteor event in Maryland, USA.

The Lyrid Meteor shower peaks on the evening and early morning hours of 22APR2013.  If you have good weather and are patient you may see as many as 20-30 meteors per hour or more.  Get away from city lights, pull out your lawn chair or lay down on the ground and watch the show! Make it a family or friends event!
 The meteors will be coming from the direction of Lyra (see the map below); if you don"t know where Lyra is just look up and see where the meteor light show is originating from. Bring along warm clothes or a sleeping bag to keep yourself warm.  The best time for watching will be 11'00 pm until about 5'30 am (just prior to Sun up). The peak viewing time will be from 2'00 am - 4'30 am.'

There are 7 known NEOs at this time with an approach, LD, of less than 10LD.  2010 GM23 will pass Earth at 3.9 LD.  We may have some increased activity for meteor a couple days on either side of 13APR2013, say 11APR-15APR.  NOTE-These dates above were written 01APR2013!

ALERT - PENDING LARGE SPORADIC Fireballs and Meteors! 17APR-22APR2013; be ready!
Since 2013 GH66 -15APR-and 2013 GH23-19APR- along with previously discovered 2010 GM23-19APR I expect that we will see elevated meteor activity until 22APR2013, unless even more NEOs with 10LD or less are discovered past the 19th, 
  There certainly will  be more NEOs found this month so do check back for updates.
