22FEB2014 erick a copiague ny united states 10:13:00 it was in the sky and in my sight for about 20 seconds then i saw a piece brake off and then it vanished right no accurate direction but it was moving real fast, just like in the movies a bright white flashy color sun yes i saw one piece brake off and dissapear it was crazy i never thought id actually see a shooting star got online to see if anyone else saw it so i found this site and decided to post this amazing i was actually paused and shocked i actually saw it..

22FEB2014 Anoopinder Singh White Plains, NY, USA 2205 (approximate) Approximately 2 seconds object was following a S - N projectile path, I was facing west and object was approximately at 60 degrees elevation in the SW sky Blue - White light comparable to a low airplane lights fragmented into 3 pieces .

While driving northbound of Whitehall, NY on 22, I saw one that came close to hitting last night, I would guess between Clemons, NY and Ticonderoga, NY. Came straight down, and I heard it explode.
