Santa Fe Springs, CA Meteor ~1:00 am PST 27NOV2011
November 27, 11 at approximately 1:00 AM in Santa Fe Springs, CA, southeast of Los Angeles. The meteor was very high in the sky, it shot eastward and disappeared. The event lasted only for a couple of seconds. It was amazingly orange and red, it was very bright compared to other celestial objects. Myself and my two friends all happened to be looking up at the sky because it was unusually clear that night, and we all gasped at once as we saw a shooting star for the first time. -Kevin Thank you Kevin!
