09MAR2014 Justin Solomon Osan AB, South Korea UTC-+9:00 Soeul/2045, 8:45pm 15 seconds south-east Green as bright as a full moon No It looked wicked, no photo

09MAR2014 KELLEE HAYANG, GYEONGSANGBUK-DO, SOUTH KOREA 20.04 KST, GMT +9 10-15 secs NW to SE. I was facing East. WHITE fire ball with immediate orange tail which was green at the end. Upon entering Earth's atmosphere it created a brilliant light over the town, lighting up the night sky Started off tiny white light and as it closer it got bigger and brighter and was pure white light. Remained intact until it burnt out from what I could see. It appeared to gotten reasonably close to crashing to the ground. I was observing from the 3rd floor of an apartment building and had it not have burnt out, it was within a second of dropping out of view due to a 4 story apartment across the road in front of me. It was travelling extremely high speed.

March 06 2014 I captured a large fireball over north central New Mexico at 0729:19 UT +/- 2 seconds. (00:29:19 am MST). As bright or brighter than the full Moon. Possibly brighter. I will process it in the morning and post the movie. This one should have been captured well on Albuquerque cameras and might have been right over Albuquerque heading westerly. End point might have been western New Mexico or it might have crossed over the Arizona border. Hard to say from one camera view. Big one at least.

05MAR2014 Laz Newcastle Virginia 24127 United States 23:10 Est. 3 facing east. direction was from northwest to south east at about a twelve to fifteen degree angle ? primarily red and orange very bright, sun like but much smaller no it had a very long tail about one third of the sky. the whole thing was a very deep red orange and did not change colors before it went out. it was super clear and super bright and at a very shallow angle.

04MAR2014 Kelly Mathis Lincoln, AR, USA 18:30:00 maybe 5 sec west to east small ball of fire falling from sky like a bright flame burned up completely appeared to be above the treetops

04MAR2014 Amy Summerfield Broken Arrow, Ok, Tulsa 1830,CENTRAL, PM 15 SECONDS I WAS IN CAR ON BROKEN ARROW EXPRESSWAY FELL DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME. WAS NOT HIGH IN THE SKY. FELL RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. BURNT OUT JUST AS IT TOUCHED THE EXPRESSWAY. I ACTUALLY LOOKED AT GROUND AS I PASSED THE SPOT. TOO DARK TO SEE. TRAVELING AT 65MPH SOUTH TO NORTH, RIGHT TO LEFT, FACING EAST SMALL ORANGE BALL WITH TAIL THAT WAS ORANGE TO WHITE AT THE END LIKE AN ORANGE RED CHUNK SIZE LARGER THAN GRAPEFRUIT NO IT LOOKED SIZE OF A FRAGMENT FROM A LARGER BODY DID ANYONE REPORT THIS? THERE WERE MANY CARS THAT COULD HAVE. NOT SOMETHING YOU COULD OVERLOOK.

Any impact on the Moon that can accelerate a rock of any size to
lunar escape velocity, ~ 2.38 km/s, will result in a lunar
meteoroid. The papers below argue that much of that stuff will
eventually land on Earth. Known transit times range from less than a
few hundred years for Kalahari 008/009 to almost 20 million years for
Dhofar 025. The ones that take a long time were in heliocentric orbit.
