27FEB2014 Gerald Eldama Ravine, Kenya 20.10 pm Over 30 seconds not clear Loud explosions 10 times louder than thunder Super bright not clear Multiple witness reports. A super bright light that lasted for a span of 30 seconds was spotted in the sky at about 8:10pm today. It was later followed by a deafening bang around Torongo and Poror areas of Eldama Ravine. Many who did not manage to see the bright light though heard the sound believed it was an explosion. The light was seen by many as far as Marigat and Eldoret.

18JAN2014 David Stockport, Cheshire, UK 20:16:00 2/3/2014 Left to right White at front, then green and blue Brighter than moon No Saturday 18 January 2014 at approx. 20:16 - 20:18. We were driving from SK8 (Cheadle) to SK2 (Davenport/Stockport) on Adswood Road(just near the railway bridge/Jewsons). It travelled from left to right coming down from the sky at angle of between 3 and 4 pm on a clock. It was extremely bright white at the large forward end of the item and was then blue and green towards the tail end. We cannot remember what colour was nearest the white, whether it was blue or green. The green was almost emerald in colour and the blue fiercely bright

12JAN2014 Brian Winking Quincy, Illinois, U.S.A. 9:19 PM CST 10 sec N-N-E Bright white sun no / short tail let the dog out, was looking up at how clear the sky is, saw bright meteor / fireball

12JAN2014 Jim Todd Crawfordsville, IN USA 22:20 EST About 2 seconds. Started about N-W and headed slightly downward towards NN-W while I was facing N-W. It was about 40° up and came down 5° before fading out. Mostly white with bluish-green edges. No sound noticed. As bright as Venus but larger. Two similar sized pieces gapped by half of one's size. There were 3 tiny fragments just ahead of the front one. The two larger pieces were probably 4-5 times larger than Venus.

I have this on exactly one camera, which makes sorting it out difficult.
Definitely a big bright one, possibly over the border into northern NM.
Local weather and just plain bad luck seems to have kept if off all the
other cameras that should have caught it.

28DEC2013 Wayne Edmondson Manistee, MI, USA 17:15 EST 20-30 seconds Looking southwest, it appeared to go straight down over the far southwest sky. White tail, fireball, red backlit sky Bright as a star at night. Very big fireball Yes, split into 2 or more pieces and made the fireball flicker My son and I watched thinking it was a jet stream, but the front kept getting brighter like a fireball. That's when we realized it was a meteor, and watched it until it broke up and burned out. It seems like it lasted a while, about 20-30 seconds, maybe more. Hard to compare to a split second shooting star.

Started out big and solid then as it travelled it broke up into numerous smaller pieces that fizzled out. It was very, very low and fairly slow. I've never seen anything like it. Amazing!

I want comunicate that in the night of 23/10 many witnesses reported and registered a luminous bolide crossing the skies of Northeast of state of São Paulo, Brazil.
In really the bolide was sighted from the city of Nhandeara (state of São Paulo) to Maringá (state of Paraná, south of São Paulo), the distance of the two cities are around 360km.
I am collecting information with the witnesses to try triangulate the object trajectory.

NH ME NY RI PA VA QC Meteor approximately 2145 EDT and NC Meteor 2155 EDT 28SEP2013
US and Canada

Lawndale, North Carolina video captures a meteor at 2155 EDT
Note- Video capture is of a meteor event at 2155 EDT and eight or more witnesses reported 2145 or slightly earlier; so it still may be that two events occurred?   There is only 1 report from Davidson, NC matching within a minute of the video time and that report was in NC and not far from the Lawndale, NC Allsky station. At this time I am still of the opinion that two events happened.

28SEP2013 Steve & Donna Waterman Boones Mill, VA, USA 21:50 HRS EDT 3 -4 seconds, View was partially obsecured bt trees as we were driving We were driving south on Route 220 from Roanoke County into Boones Mill. Saw bright white light heading in a SSW direction over Cahas Mtn, bright white bright white light unknown moved extremely fast and observed only for a few seconds heading SSW over Cahas Mtn Boones Mill 24065

28SEPT2013 M.Marold Jermyn, PA, USA 21:45 p.m. EDT about 3 seconds N-S facing NE thought it was a really bright white star falling straight the ground. No sound heard, though I was driving in my car. brighter than venus no it seemed to drop out of nowhere

28SEP2013 Shaun Cambridge, NY 21:45 Eastern 3-5 seconds eastern sky, falling west to east. No Sound, Bright White Very Bright White no A bright white ball, falling through the sky, with a large trailing. Much, Much larger than surounding stars.

28SEP2013 Kathleen Northern Maine, USA 21:45:00 EDT 3-5 seconds S-N Orange/Red no sound Venus yes we have seen 4 so far this evening. 2 coming from the Southern sky heading in a Northern direction and 2 coming from the west heading in a eastern direction. All had an orangish/red color and left a spectacular trail!

28SEP2013 Eric Houlton, Maine, USA 21:45:00 EDT 5-7 seconds S-N Right to left Green Moon white Very bright green bolide...amazingly bright. We have also seen at least 10 fireballs that were orange/red which left trails following behind them. From 8:45 pm to 1:15 am 9/29/13

28SEP2013 JOSH&KATE PORTSMOUTH, NH, /USA 21:45:00 EDT 5-6 SECONDS FACING NORTH, STREAKED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT LARGE GREEN FIREBALL LONG STREAK DISPERSING INTO WHITE HOT FIREWORK-LIKE DISPLAY, NO SOUND BRIGHT LIKE THE SUN, LIT UP THE SKY FRAGMENTATION BLINDING! SAW SPOTS FOR A FEW MINUTES AFTER. HAIR RAISING EXPERIENCE!

28SEP2013 Amy Vaughn Smithfield, RI, USA 21:45 EDT 2 seconds S-NE greenish blueish tail like a firework no it was LARGE...seemed very close to earth.

28SEP2013 Cathy Roan Lincoln NH USA 21:45:00 EDT 8 seconds We were facing north and it was travelling north Bright white with bluish tale Brighter than the stars in the sky The tail seemed to burn away It moved fast

"The green fire ball or whatever it was at about 735 on 9/28
I saw it with 2 adult witnesses, one a partial view. Also a child saw it at a birthday party we were all at. I tried to file a report but it wouldn't let me. Possibly because I am on a cell but I hope this gets to the right source.  The object looked like a green flame. Very bright. Super super fast. No sound. We all agree it was no plane and nothing any of us have ever seen before. It was so fast we barely had time to see it before it disappeared into the mountains. It took possibly 3-4 seconds to cross the horizon?" Kristin

28SEP2013 Elizabeth Davis Chattanooga,Tennessee 19:57 EDT aprox 15 to 20 seconds right to left no sound, white,orange,red,looked like a tadpole moon (would compare it to size of a big full moon) Not that I saw/this was a fireball It was very large (at first I thought it was an airplane on fire) It seemed to move slow and did not look like a shooting star. It moved vertical toward Georgia state line(facing Wilson ST. Chattanooga TN with Ga. State line to my left facing the mountain)

28SEP2013 Thomas J Simmons Unaka, NC 7:30. PM 5 secs before out of sight behind trees from the NW over Tenn headed SE or south torward Atlanta Blue, with Firey Red long white tail Between Moon and sun, Very Bright yes This was a very large meteor or fireball.

28SEP2013 Roman couillard Mcminnville,TN United States 19:03:00 25 seconds east to west I was facing east no sound like a green white and red fireball with white Tale following really bright color same as moon but alot smaller I didn't see any parts it was like a fire work in sky with no noise like a missle it was crazy I was behind wal mart in mcminnville tn I was watching for a good couple second I was shocked and trying to get my friend to look didn't think about a picture
