05DEC2011 Bianca Tuebingen, Germany approx. 18:00 GMT+1 approx. 5 sec direction south, travelling from left (east) to right (west), altitude approx 40-50 degrees no sound, red/orange/yellow with sparks coming off about as bright as the moon sparks coming off no comments

05DEC2011 Rudy Argegno, Italy 18:05:00 5 sec E-W white/blue Moon Yes,like an explosion I've seen the meteor and then it's exploded

05Dec2011 Wali near Luterbach, Solothurn, Switzerland 18:06 / UTC +1:00 Mitteleuropäische Sommerzeit/Central European Summer Time (MESZ/CEST/CEDT) 4-6 sec E-W left to right with long tail. No variability in color big greenish bright (bright like moon) a large little bit fireball.. some small sparkling pieces on "the head" Via Facebook I asked for any other was saw this spectacular light. There was someone who saw the same, 35km away at 18:00. This was my third meteor I saw. First was in summer 2008 and May 2009 in Mauritius. This time i called the university for pictures and for confirmation if it was a meteor. Hope it helps...

03DEC2011 Robert Wright Chester, Kent Island, MD USA 00:53 EST 3 - 5 sec start just below Leo Minor down through Alula Borealis (alt 30 deg) ENE Yellow/Orange no sound large fireball broke-up at about 10 deg Alt, many smaller pieces, then extinguished -1 Magnitude yes - several large and small pieces Very bright, no variability in color, shape was amorphous at break-up point, appearance of a short debris trail.
