LARGE FIREBALL AFTER SUNSET
On Sept. 29, a few minutes after sunset (at 18:47 UT), a very bright fireball was witnessed over the South of Spain. The event was produced by a rock from a comet that hit the atmosphere at about 120.000 km/h. The bolide began at a height of about 110 km over the province of Huelva and ended over the province of Seville. The orbital analysis revealed that this stunning fireball belonged to the Kappa-Cepheids meteor shower.
