I was outside at approximately 9:15pm on May 14,2011 in Houma,LA, and we saw a meteorite/fireball. It was a very bright, (example: like when someone is welding metal) and it seemed so close. We could even see sparks comming from the fireball. I have never seen one so close.
i was outside smoking with some friends and we saw a huge green fireball thing in the sky, and i asked them if they saw it just to make sure i wasnt trippin, and they saw it too, so we talked about it for a little while and then another orange one flew through the sky! it was crazy, haha what a awesome thing to stumble upon and see.
