Prior to the 407 Second Major Earthquake 7.1Mag on 7APR2011 at 11;32 pm Japan Local Time a bright streak ( it appears that it is an airplane; sorry) was captured at 19:25 p.m. on camera by amateur astronomer Mitsuo Muraoka in Hatoyama, Saitama, Japan. A photo of this event is on Space Weather.com:
