Looked like a flare except it did not last for more than a few seconds. Looked like a firework but moved horizontally and not a crisp as a professional firework. No A flame with a trail

Approx 1835 hrs Manchester, NH - bright light with bright tail, almost twinkling. 2 other people saw it with me. It seemed very low in the sky and appeared as if it burned out. Fantastic!!
