30AUG2012 Sarah Swansea, UNITED KINGDOM 23:30:00 10 Secs United Kingdom Orange Very bright orange ball Looked like it had a tail Bright orange 'fireball' shooting past

30AUG2012 lee whittock GB England, Plymouth 23.20pm (-5/+5 minutes) approximately 5 seconds south to north mainly white, slight orange tip. No sound very bright white light 4 or 5 fragments broke off then quickly extinguished it was a beautiful thing!

30AUG2012 susan francis MACHYNLLTH 23.3 15 SE LEFT TO RIGHT FACING SOUTH ORANGE SUN BROKE INTO 2 THEN THEY BROKE AGAIN LOW IN SKY ACROSS MOUNTAINS TO SOUTH

30AUG2012 Kelley Holder Clapton-in-Gordano, North Somerset, BS20 7RP, ENGLAND 23:25 ish 7 left to right Long orange streak in sky, sparks trailing behind Bright coal with a trail of coal ambers going out Trailing behind happened approx 45 mins ago!!! just found this site and thought to report it!!...Reminded me of a blow torch...1st one I have ever seen..

Gavin, rhondda. I can confirm I also seen the sighting. It was stunning my misses thought I was seeing things, so glad others shared the viewing. Definitely be on look out tonight. Ive seen A few shooting stars in my time but this was much better
